What about CoTweet and Twhirl interfaces? How do they compare in this mix? In reality, none of these seems to be a clear winner yet and all need work so jury is out imo.

Excellent review. Is their a way to add multiple twitter accounts to Tweetdeck? It'd also be nice if it had a history so if you "view all tweets" on one computer it updates for another computer as well. My only complaint really.

Although it's not "just" a Twitter app, I've been using EventBox2 lately and am really liking it. It supports Twitter, Flickr, Facebook, Google Reader, RSS and Reddit accounts in one app. I got it free through MacHeist, but it is a paid app - $15 during the beta. Still thought it was worth a mention. Also, it's Mac only.

I'm a Tweetdeck users but i'm trying Nambu as well. I love Nambu but it still has few bugs that kind bothers me, but once those are fixed it will be my winner for sure
